You could either accept or reject the tutor after assessing his/her performance during the first lesson. We will contact you after the first lesson to seek your feedback and decision.

If you do not wish to continue tuition with the tutor after the first lesson, you would only need to pay for the lesson provided by the tutor. If you require more lessons to assess the tutor, you are most welcome to do so. You would only need to pay for the number of lessons provided by the tutor. There is no obligation to complete a given number of lessons and you reserve the right to stop tuition at any time.

There will be no charge for seeking a replacement tutor.
