Although we encourage our tutors to have their certificates and NRIC verified by us, it is not a mandatory requirement.

We trust our tutors to state their qualifications accurately and update their profile whenever required.

If the tutors do not submit their certificates for us to certify, we will instruct them to bring their hard copy certificates on the first lesson for the parents to peruse. And in the event that a tutor has wrongly indicated his/her qualifications, you are most welcome to request for a replacement at no extra charge.
